Southern Shore Villas COA accepts dues payments by check, Truist bank deposit, ACH direct transfer, or Zelle. Your individual dues amount is emailed to you quarterly by the board treasurer.
Quarterly dues are due on the 1st of each quarter. A late fee of 3% applies to payments received more than 10 days after the due date.

You may deposit payment directly at any Truist Bank branch. Please contact us at SSVOakIsland@gmail.com to receive deposit instructions securely. After making your deposit, please send us a quick email letting us know so we can apply your payment promptly.
ACH is a free direct bank transfer from your account to ours. Contact us at SSVOakIsland@gmail.com to receive ACH payment instructions securely. This is a great no-fee electronic option if your bank supports it.
Zelle is available for owners who prefer instant electronic payment. Please note that a $15 convenience fee applies to Zelle transactions. This fee is charged by the payment processor and is passed on to the owner. The COA does not profit from this fee. Owners wishing to avoid the convenience fee may pay by check, Truist deposit, or ACH at no charge.
