Building 1 requires significant work including removal of the parking garage ceiling, reinforcement or replacement of floor joists affected by rot, conversion of copper plumbing to PEX, and potential electrical rerouting. The board is currently assessing scope and obtaining bids. Work is planned for late 2026 when summer rentals slow down. The board will hold a community meeting before any assessments or dues changes are finalized.
